The stars in “Rough Night” decide who among them would be best to hide a dead body.
Zoe Kravitz’s new, bare Rolling Stone cover has a surprisingly moving backstory.
On the front of the November issue of the newspaper, Kravitz recreated her actress Mama Lisa Bonet’s own Rolling Stone photography, which ran in May 1988. Bonet was two months pregnant then – Zoe welcomed the world on December 1, 1988 with Dad Lenny Kravitz – so the newspaper ran a photo of her with a white button down on the question of saving her nude shot for her inside sides.
“I think she was a little bummed when they used the shirt as a cover,” told Kravitz Rolling Stone. “I think she just thought,” I do, let’s do it! “”
Kravitz says she expressed her preference to using her own naked photo for the magazine, in honor of her mother’s original wishes. “It’s less about the picture, and more about doing what my mother would do,” she said. “It feels cool.”
