A few weeks ago Square Enix announced that it brings a wide range of Final Fantasy games to the Xbox One. Today, Square Enix World launched Final Fantasy Maxima on Xbox One and other platforms. Players can once again discover the magic world of Grymoire.
World of Final Fantasy Maxima has a number of characters from Final Fantasy lore and a host of collectable monsters. While the story is not as heavy as Final Fantasy XV, it’s still a pleasure to experience. Unlike Final Fantasy XV, the game did not play star ratings from reviewers and is currently sitting on a 77 on Metacritic.
Surprisingly, the game reaches 1
1.72 GB and has Xbox One X enhancements. World of Final Fantasy Maxima is probably expanding on embedded 4K resolution on Microsoft’s new console, but it has not been confirmed with an in-depth analysis yet.
World of Final Fantasy Maxima costs 39.99 USD and is only available as digital download. Final Fantasy is one of the most popular franchises in the world, and it includes various spin-offs and other experiences. This game seems to target those who are unfamiliar with the most important installments, as it contains simplified struggles and a less serious story. The most important Final Fantasy games are considered to be hard experiences that require tens of hours to complete, so this may be a strategy for finding another audience.
