Microsoft has released a new version of Windows 10 version 1803, the April version that most users will continue until Microsoft resumes version 1809, update October 2018.

The new version, update KB44629330, moves the version 1803 up to 17134376, and provides 43 bug fixes to improve quality. As expected, there are no new operating system features.

This is the second mass of cumulative updates for October after KB4462919 from this month’s patch Tuesday, which triggered BSODs for some HP machines due to an incorrect HP keyboard driver expelled through Windows Update.

Microsoft fixed the bug in an update earlier this month, so it’s not among the fixes in this building.

But Microsoft has solved a problem that kills the sound when using call control, controls volume and streams music to Bluetooth audio devices. Users found error messages about btagservice.dll, bthavctpsvc.dll, btha2dp.sys.

It also fixed a problem that caused Windows to stop working when a Bluetooth device was accidentally deleted.

Many of the fix options can be estimated by companies and government administrators who have had problems because the new building manages problems with programs running on Windows Container, App-V package error, Group Policy settings for Instant Tasks, and Scheduled Actions tasks.

There is also an action available to authorities that must comply with the Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) security standard. It should now be possible to disable TLS 1

.0 and TLS 1.1 when FIPS mode is enabled.

Both of these versions of TLS are being formally removed by IETF, but NIST already prescribes that government applications should not use TLS 1.1 and may not use 20-year TLS 1.0.

Some users have also had problems with scheduled tasks remaining in a queue and not running until the user logs in to a version 1803 device.

Relevant scenarios included that “Scheduled tasks defined in the final phase of the installation will not run” and “Automatic computer certificate and root and middle certificate missing” are missing.

In addition to the usual system fixes Update includes adjustments in response to Venezuela’s latest currency redenomination due to its inflation crisis. The central bank in August released a new sovereign bolivar which hosted about 100,000 old bolivars.

This building “deals with the redenomination of local currency introduced by Venezuelan central bank to enter Bolivar-soberia in circulation.”

Change of Venezuela’s currency symbol, English currency name, local currency name and international currency code.
