In the Wednesday card, Vita House Council Minister Pat Cipollone says that there is “long-term precedent” for the White House to refuse offers for staff to testify about Capitol Hill. Instead, the White House Council said that Cabinet Secretaries and other civil servants would make a “reasonable living” for Parliament’s President-in-Office Elijah Cumming’s immigration policy issues.

But the move is likely only to tense the tensions between the White House and the Maryland Democrats after both the administration and the trump organization have defied three of his daily allowances a week – and have shot back against a number of his other demands.

Miller, an immigration-haired, has been one of the more influential voices in the White House and is seen as a driving force behind many of Trump’s immigration policies, including the President’s latest idea to submit detained immigrants to sanctuary cities widely run by Democrats.

Last year, Miller advocated the Trump Administration’s “zero tolerance” policy for people illegally crossing the US border, leading to the separation of children from their parents at the border, and he has been a consistent advocate of the harsh immigration policy that has been a center for Trump’s domestic agenda.

In the aftermath of news that Trump was looking to send immigrants to refugee cities, Cummings Miller urged to testify to the government’s immigration policy on May 1

. Cummings sent a letter to Miller and asked him to “volunteer” before the committee, and gave him until April 24 to inform the committee if he would testify.

In the letter, Cummings said he asked the help to voluntarily testify that Trump had said it was Miller who was responsible for immigration issues – so “it makes sense for Congress to hear directly from you about how federal authorities are implementing your policy.”

“I offer you the opportunity to make your case for the committee and the American people why you – and probably President Trump – think it’s a good policy for the Trump administration to take action it has,” Cummings wrote.
