Horse riding is primary to get around in Red Dead Redemption 2’s massive world. With not much in the way of fast travel it is important to have a horse that is not only fast but can handle the burden of exploration.
While the question of which horse is absolutely the best, there will be some breeds that can be classified as some of the best candidates. Below we discuss these breeds and mark their places. As said, there is no single “best horse” in the game. There are only strong breeds that are fairly much better than the standard rows you meet early. Talk about the different types: The Arabs, Turkoman and Missouri Fox Trotter races stand out as the most well-rounded and superior level. Keep in mind that the statistics below reflect the horse when you find it and not on top.
Arab racing horses have some of the best statistics everywhere. There are a total of three types of cloaks, each with their own unique statistics: White, Black and Rose Gray Bay.
White-white Arabia can only be found in nature, making it possible to find relatively early. This snow white beauty walks around the edges of Lake Isabella. It’s quite hard to tame, so you’ll need to be persistent when you follow it and calm it down enough before you can approach it.
Compared to other Arab horses, it has lowest base Health and Stamina Statistics – but it is still much higher than any of the more common horse breeds. A worthy compromise for a fantastic horse that you can catch and tame so early in the game. Be careful with the wolves hanging nearby.
] The blackman Arab horse can be bought at Saint Denis Stable under Chapter 4. It has the most well-liked statistics of the Arab horses with decent Health and Stamina .
The Rose Gray Bay-Maned Arabian can only be purchased at Blackwater Stable during the Epilog section of the game.
