On Sunday, the 2018 Classic Tetris World Championships began in Portland, Oregon and the finale struck a piece of a curve ball.
Jonas Neubauer, a seven-hour Tetris world champion, was struck by his bench by Joseph Saelee, a 1
6-year-old prodigy, something new on stage. In context, this was like watching Serena Williams lose to Naomi Osaka at the US Open.
Below you see the moment Saelee finished the title.
The World Championships Tetris started in 2010 and Jonas Neubauer has introduced a lot since the start. Until this year he had won seven of the eight former world championships. He is now seven at nine and has placed second twice.
Looking at competitive Tetris can make you feel like a submarine person at best times. It’s high decision-making combined with ridiculous reflexes. Look at the two best Tetris players in the world Duke it’s side by side something special. These people work on a higher existence.
Saelee won $ 1000 for his problems. You can check out more Tetris competition on a high level here.
