OCALA, Fla. ̵
1; A 55-year-old man who allegedly shot and killed a woman in the Garden Center of Ocala Walmart on Saturday afternoon, is not expected to survive after shooting himself, according to the Police Department.
Police said David Johnson shot 30-year-old Carli Cronin as part of a domestic argument around 2:30 p.m. at the Walmart at 4980 E. Silver Springs Blvd.
According to police, Cronin was arguing with Johnson in the Garden Center when she ran into the store and screamed for help.

Employees at the store called 911 and tried to intervene, police said, but Johnson shot Cronin and fled the scene.
Ocala firefighters said they took Cronin to Ocala Regional Medical Center, where she later died.
After taking the woman to the hospital, firefighters returned to the Walmart after receiving multiple calls from people who were suffering from distress from the shooting, officials said.
Firefighters treated two people at the scene and transported another to the hospital
Police tracked Johnson to the house he and Cronin shared on NE 35th Street, officers said.
Johnson shot himself before the police arrested him, police said.
He was transported to a hospital. He is not expected to survive, police said.
