If you were to ask any skincare specialist, I’m sure she (or he) would tell you that establishing a good skincare routine is the most important thing you can do for your complexion. Whether it is a night or morning skincare routine, you will be happy in the long run that you did it.
Since my new (old) found-love with Bio-Oil, my morning skincare routine has improved, and so has my skin (and I’m not talking about all my stretch marks). We’ve already established that we need sun protection daily even if it is cloudy. To double the protection, add two drops of the oil to your favorite sunscreen. Don’t forget to protect your lips, neck and the back of your hands while you are at it.

Water is known to have loads of benefits to the skin, including keeping it moisturized and hydrated. It will also help your digestive system, leaving you feeling more energized (who said energy can’t be part of a skincare routine?).
