First year candidates Tony Gonzalez, Ed Reed and Champ Bailey are among the semi-finalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Total 13 defensive players, nine in violation and three coaches – Jimmy Johnson, Tom Flores and Don Coryell – made the clip.
Make it the semifinals for the first time, although they are formerly eligible, Flores and Linebacker Zach Thomas are.

The 25 modern finalists from an original group of 103 will be reduced to 15 January. The poll will be 2 February the day before the Super Bowl in Atlanta.
Inductions will be August 3rd at the Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
