During the past MWC 2018 in Barcelona, the Chinese giant Vivo. So much that it was not even considered a smartphone to use, but a concept of what was to come to the company’s catalog. Among its most striking features, we found a screen completely without frames, and a front camera that would be displayed automatically through a tab on the top edge of your chassis.
But the one known as Vivo Apex is about to stop being a concept . We already warned you a few months ago that the firm intended to take it to reality sooner or later. And today, through a promotional poster, the company itself has announced the date on which one of the most innovative devices of the telephony fair in Barcelona will become a reality.
Reportedly will be on June 12 when Vivo will start selling its most innovative phone . Initially, the terminal will be exclusive to China, and it seems that there are no plans to remove it from there. In the promotional poster, you can see how one of the most striking details of the phone, as is the large 5.99-inch OLED screen with hardly any frames, will remain in the variant of the phone intended to reach the stores.
For now the price of Vivo Apex is unknown , although we assume that it will not be the most affordable model of the firm because of the technology it contains inside. The data that we do know is the size of its screen borders, only 1.8 mm on the sides and 4 mm on the bottom , and the existence of a sliding tab that hides the camera for selfies , which is automatically displayed when the user opens the camera app and chooses to use the front sensor. Nor will the fingerprint reader located under the glass of the screen be missing.
