Central Coast residents received an Amber Alert on Saturday afternoon for a young girl abducted from Vancouver, WA on Thursday and most recently in California.

The authorities said that Aranza Maria Ochoa Lopez, 4, was abducted at 13.00

suspected identified as Esmeralda Lynn Lopez, 21.

NBC affiliate station KGW said that Esmeralda Lopez was on a court-supervised visit with the girl who is her daughter at the Vancouver Mall on Thursday when Esmeralda Lopez took off with the child

Esmeralda Lopez is a person in charge of kidnapping and robbery that occurred on Wednesday night or Thursday morning, according to the KGW report.

According to Amber Alert issued over California shortly after 1

3:00 on Saturday, the suspect and girl were last seen driving a 2005 Chevy cobalt with Washington sign BLK 1552.

The girl is described as Latin American with blond hair and blue eyes.

The suspect is described as Hispanic speaking, stands 5 ft. and weighs 138 kg. She has black hair and brown eyes.

According to Amber Alert, the woman and child could be led to Mexico.

KGW reports that the police said that Aranza Lopez had a long sleeved dark blue sweater with a bulldon on the chest, pink pants and “paw patrol” shoes.
