For the sake of your skin, it’s always a good idea to have a certain beauty routine in place. But after going at it for a while, it can get tiring and boring, short of your skin screaming that it’s bored of the current beauty routine. So as far as we’re concerned, eat up! Dark chocolate is full of antioxidants that help protect your skin and eating a small piece will send all sorts of satisfied, happy feelings to your brain.

Another reason to take that extra gym class; a good workout doesn’t just burn calories; it also helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to your skin.
