Shroud was in the midst of a game of Apex Legends as he became the unfortunate victim of toughness and was defeated by an opponent in the midst of a shooting war because of the game’s latency.
He seemed to have severe stomachering loss, explaining that he hates losing games because of elements beyond his control.
“We literally lost to these guys because of fucking teams!” shouted Shroud and put his head in his hands. “I’ll break something! Holy shit, I hate when things aren’t in my control.”
Shroud left the game alone out of anger and compared Apex Legends to former battle royale title PUBG, known for his insufficient latency and frame strains.
Apex Legends saw massive success at the release and gave over 10 million downloads during its first week after leaving.
“I left the game,” he continued. “I can’t play until it’s fixed. This is PUBG again, guy.”
Shroud is not the only player to notice problems in Apex either; the game has been full of and cheaters, reports with other users experiencing similar, rage-inducing latency.
But not everything is lost; Well-known Fortnite player “KingRichard” gave a practical solution to Apex’s team problems, who advised players to wait for the game’s menu screen for one minute before the server changes.
While Apex Legends continues to experience growing pains, the game received critical release release and earned a lot of 25 million downloads within its first two weeks after its release.
