It’s the season to give, and a Secret Santa in Colorado clearly felt it in his heart when he granted dozens of families a Christmas miracle.
Walmart customers in Longmont were shocked that all their layaway items had been paid for last week, with a total of $ 45,000.
“I was at work and I received an email saying someone had paid my layaway,” said Lisa McMillan, a single mother to Fox. “I just froze and was like my god, oh my god, this is not happening. I was in shock.”
McMillan, who said that the holidays were a financial match for his family, had planned to cancel their relief items because she could not afford them.

“I just started crying. I was like, this is a miracle. There’s good in this world, and people who want to help people,” told Natasha Loper of Fox 31.
Another family whose things Paid by the mystery shopper said they donated hundreds of dollars that they saved for charity.  “Thanks for making my Christmas so much better for my family,” said Joy Deherrera.
It seems to be a trend this high season, with two other secret Santas around the country who do something like that.

The same thing happened in Derby, Vt., When a man who referred to himself as a Santa Claus went up to customers who waited for the line at the layaway and offered to pay for all his items.
