Prince Harry will kick-off the event with a speech delivered from the Sydney Opera House on the fifth day of the royal couple’s landmark 16-day tour of Oceania.

The competition was created by the Duke of Sussex, where wounded, injured or sick war veterans take part in a variety of sports.

Events include wheelchair basketball, sitting volleyball and indoor rowing.

The multi-sport event starts on Saturday and will last 7 days before coming to a close on Saturday 27.

The games will commence at 3am BST.

8 Jaguar Land Rover Driving Challenge

The event will be on Cockatoo Island

Competitors from 12 countries will participate in three challenges featuring one water obstacle course and two driving challenges.

One will involve cones to test the driver’s skill over the car.
