If you look back, you will remember that, a few weeks ago, we talk about, the smartphones of Sirin Labs whose objective was. This device caught our attention because, among other things, it was affirmed that it would have a Hardware and software space dedicated to the security of virtual currency that, although they do not go through their best, they are still on everyone’s lips. It is wise relatively little of this terminal , but the firm has revealed all its specifications and, eye, because it does not look bad.
Sirin Labs , for those who do not know it, is a very peculiar company that had its minute of glory when it announced the(and that was a failure in sales, by the way). We also talked about her when she announced the, the famous FC Barcelona player, to shoot an advertising spot. “Together we are building something meaningful, the Blockchain Operating System for all electronic devices” , affirmed the player on your Facebook.
Finney is a smartphone with some specifications worth admiring (and an agreed price, of course). The device, which you can see at the beginning of this article, has a Quite peculiar design but not least interesting . The back of the Finney is built in Gorilla Glass , while the frames that border it have been made of aluminum. As you can see, the camera (of a single lens) slightly protrudes from the body , and is found in a kind of frame that gives a pretty elegant touch.
In the front we have the screen, whose size is six inches . Has a 18: 9 aspect ratio and a pixel density per inch of 402 dpi . Since Sirin Labs claim that its panel is anti-glare and anti-fingerprints and that the device has fingerprint reader , although they do not specify whether inside the screen or on a button . Since we do not know what the terminal screen looks like, we can not say anything for sure.
It will also have a secondary mono-color AMOLED screen of 6 x 48 mm, although they do not specify how it will work, what it will do and where it will be.
Under the hood we find the last of the last, something that has surprised us pleasantly. The Finney has 6 GB of RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and 128 GB of internal storage , all powered by a battery of 3,280 mAh Capable of charging 50% in just 30 minutes. The operating system is Sirin OS , a proprietary fork of Android 8.1 Oreo (). The most notable thing is that Sirin OS allows you to have a ‘cold wallet’ for cryptocurrencies.
In short, the ‘cold wallet’ of Finney is like a partition of hardware and software that can be turned on and off through a physical switch. This ensures that cryptocurrencies are always safe.
In the photographic section we find a 12 megapixel rear camera with focal aperture f / 1.8 and laser focus, and a camera for 8 megapixel selfies and f / 2.2 whose angle is 85º. It also has NFC, Bluetooth 5.0 and compatibility with LTE CAT12.
The news you’ve been waiting for has finally arrived! We’re excited to bring you the final specs for the FINNEY. Join us tomorrow for an informative Facebook LIVE Q & A where we’ll be able to talk about the specs in much more detail. See you then!

And how much will this Finney cost? Well $ 999 , no more no less. It is configured as one of the most expensive (high-end) Android smartphones of the moment. If you’re a fan of cryptocurrencies and you’re looking for a terminal that keeps pace with you, we’ll leave you forSirin Labs website so you can keep an eye on it. We do not know when it will be available, where it can be bought and if it will reach the whole world.
Will this Finney work? Will it be the top of the range that will make Sirin Labs become a brand to take into account? Is it another eccentricity of the firm that will not get anywhere? Only time will tell.
