DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) – Sprint reported Wednesday evening that a problem with its cell phone voice service is impacting customers across the Midwest.
Thousands, including some in the Quad Cities Area, are complaining that they Only get a busy signal when they try to make a call.
“Some customers in the Midwest may be experiencing intermittent voice issues,” Sprint tweeted Wednesday night.
“Our team is working quickly to resolve the issue and we apologize for the inconvenience.”
Kelli Gunderson of Moline, Illinois commented on Facebook Wednesday evening that her voice service “is still not working
Thousands of upset customers are complaining about Sprint’s social media platforms.
“I have not been able to get any phone calls all day , “Karen Griffith Brown commented on Facebook.
“Will we [Sprint customers] get a credit on our bill for this ???”
Based on social media comments, Sprint service is impacted across a number of states from Indiana to Michigan to Iowa.
