The great obsession with Epic Games Fortnite has already spun into real life in the form of children everywhere as frantically performing floss dance. Soon they will be able to resume their favorite Fortnite moments with skumboots, with the first Nerf blower modeled after one of the weapons shown in the game.
Nerf announced on Instagram that it will soon sell a dart-catching version of Fortnite AR-L attack rifle. The orange and yellow toy gun features flip-up sights and a 10-dart magazine, according to Hasbro’s website. It should also be quite formidable in dart-based warfare, because it is motorized to shoot arrows quickly, like the in-game gun, after which it is modeled.
According to the Hasbro website, AR-L will run players $ 50 when released on June 1
, 2019. It will be the first Fortnite-based Nerf Blaster company to release, resulting from a partnership between Epic Games and Hasbro. No other weapons have been announced yet, but probably they will eventually run at least a portion of what’s available in the game, including guns, sniper rifles, shotguns and more.
Creating Nerf Battles With Friends Is Not The only way fans can bring Fortnite competition into their usual lives. Hasbro also released a Fortnite-labeled version of Monopoly in early October. Epic Games Worldwide Creative Director Donald Mustard turned out to be on Twitter again in September and described it as “a unique spin on the classic game mashed up with the last player who stands Fortnite.”
