OnePlus announced that the “Thunder Purple” variant of the OnePlus 6T smartphone will be purchased in North America and Europe from November 15th. The special purple variant was debuted the first time in China last week.
In the same way as midnight and mirror black versions of the 6T model, the thunder purple model is available with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and will sell for 579 USD. All other features, including Verizon and fingerprint scanner compatibility, are also available on the Thunder Purple model. The color of the purple color is not a solid color, but a slope that fades from black to purple from top to bottom of the phone. It has a smooth, matte finish, like midnight black model, and retains the “S-curve” that appears under the glass when it reflects light.
OnePlus 6T is one of the best smartphones of the year, with a large, lively display, fast performance and great software for much less than similar models. The company recently announced that the first day sales of 6T were 86 percent higher than they were for 6 and 6T is the best-selling OnePlus phone on launch in the United States.
OnePlus has a story to release special color versions of their phones throughout the shelf, so this is probably not the only color variation we see. The Törnlila version will be available to purchase from OnePlus directly when it is on sale on the 15th.
