The free asteroid, dubbed Asteroid 2018 VA2, will approach the Earth shortly after 1.01 AM GMT (UTC) on Friday, November 10th.
NASA estimates that the asteroid will fly at breakneck speeds and its size can make it a potentially dangerous object.
Astronomers at NASA’s California-based Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) estimate asteroid measures anywhere between 32ft and 74.5ft (10m and 23m).
Previous asteroids and meteorological effects show space stones as small as 65.5ft (20m) in diameter can cause serious damage.
The Chelyabinsk event in 2013 is an excellent example of chance potential – about 1,500 people were injured when a 65.5-meter meteor exploded across Chelyabinsk.
Matija Cuk, an astronomer at the University of British Columbia in Canada, said: “A smaller object ̵
1; around 20m diameter – hit Chelyabinsk Oblast in Russia and caused over 1000 injuries.”
“Most of the damage occurred when the blast destroyed windows and struck viewers in buildings that looked at the fireball.
” Luckily, there are no reported deaths from the Chelyabinsk influence. “
Thankfully for the earth, Asteroid VA2 does not close proximity to the planet, even in close proximity.
Close Earth connections are used to describe comets or asteroids on tracks that give them incredible close to the planet but without the risk of striking.
As NASA notes, on the cosmic scale Procedures can still be “millions or even tens of billions of miles.”
In the case of Asteroid VA2, the space stone will be within 0.00480 astronomical units (au) or 1.87 Earth’s distance (LD).  An astronomical unit describes the amount of space between the earth and the sun – about 93 million miles (149 million km).
Asteroid VA2 will shorten it distance you down to just 446.187 miles (718.069 km) tomorrow.  The distance is approximately equal to 1.87 times the distance from Earth to Moon.
According to JPL, the asteroid goes through the solar system at speeds of 14,920mph or 6.67km per second.

When the asteroid makes its closest approach to the ground, it will do another close approach to the moon around 6.52am GMT (UTC).
Space Rock will then wrap around the sun and return to the earth on 21 October 2026, March 25, 2027 and October 10, 2034.
The asteroid that last visited the planet on October 24, 2005, February 23, 2003, and April 2nd, 1993 .
The news coming after NASA revealed three major asteroids will pass the earth on Saturday, November 10th.
