A Missouri woman was full and re-enacting a

Kalesha Marie Peterson, 37, is facing a murder charge in the second degree in slaying.

She was arrested Thursday night after the police in Fulton, Missouri, and responded to Peterson reported that she accidentally shot boyfriend David Dalton, 36.

NBC News affiliate KOMU in Columbia, Missouri reported that the local district lawyer has formally charged Peterson with second-degree murders as well as illegal use of a weapon.
