The singer tweeted Sunday to the home she shares with fiance Liam Hemsworth and her pet “no longer”.
A “ruined” Miley Cyrus tweeted Sunday that she had lost her home to the raging California wilderness.
The singer tweeted that the house she shares with her fiance, Australian actor Liam Hemsworth and her pet “no longer stands” but that all the animals were evacuated safely.
“Totally devastated by the fires affecting my society,” tweeted Cyrus to her 40 million followers Sunday. “I’m one of the lucky ones. My animals and Love in my life have made it safe and that’s all that’s playing right now. My house is no longer, but the memories shared with family and friends are strong,” she added.
Cyrus continued to thank the firefighters and sheriff’s department and provided information on how to donate and assist with relief efforts after fires which have so far caused 30 people’s death.
Cyrus and Hemsworth are the latest stars affected by the fires. Guys like Kim Kardashian West, Rainn Wilson and Alyssa Milan were forced to evacuate their homes because of the fires that ravaged in both northern and southern California. On Sunday, Scottish actor Gerard Butler shared a picture of the charred remains of his Malibu mansion that was swallowed up by the Woolsey fire.
