Meghan Markle opens her pregnancy – revealing what she does to cope with the changes in her body.

During the fourth day of her and Prince Harry’s royal tour, the couple visited the world-famous Bondi Beach in Australia.

While Meghan opened about the pregnancy of Charlotte Connell, who also expects, – explaining that her little girl is already holding her up at night.

“Meghan told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag,” said Connell, 35, as reported by Sky News. “She said she was at 4:30 in the morning and did yoga in her room because she could not sleep.”

Meghan has been a long-standing advocate for yoga, with her mother Doria Ragland – an instructor in Los Angeles – plays a major role in her love for the exercise.

“Yoga is my thing,” Meghan said earlier Best Health Magazine . “My mom is a yoga instructor, and I started doing mum and yoga with her when I was seven.”

“I was very resilient as a child,” Meghan continued. “But she said,” Flower, you will find your exercise – just give it time. “In college I started doing it more regularly.”

On Thursday, Meghan, 37 and Harry, 34, were greeted by the Grant Trebilco Beach and Sam Schumacher, founder of OneWave, a dazzlingly equipped local surfing community group dedicated to raising awareness of mental health and well-being in an engaging way.

They participated in the “Fluro Friday” session, where people of all ages share their experiences of mental health problems, in a “spiritual circle.”

The couple also had the opportunity to interact with others while enjoying yoga and surfing – and Harry even helped to grow a surfboard.
