With Alex Smith done for the season and just three days to go until their next match, Redskins have to add a quarterback fast this week, and that’s exactly what they did on Monday.
According to to NFL.com Redskins has decided to sign Mark Sanchez, which will act as Colt McCoy’s backup in Washington. Redskins also watched several other quarterbacks, including EJ Manuel, Kellen Clemens, Josh Johnson and T.J. Yates. However, the team to bring in Colin Kaepernick.
Redskins were on the market for a quarterback because Smith wentWashington’s 23-21
