Like everyone else you must have dreamt of having the perfect body, since you’re probably surrounded by images of people with great bodies and muscles, and that’s why you hit the gym and follow a strict diet, and you must be noticing the changes taking place, yet unfortunately you can’t seem to get rid of these annoying love handles, for they are usually the first to appear on your body as you gain weight, and the last to go, for they are one of the most difficult fat accumulations to get rid of, and just like all the other areas of the body, there are special exercises to burn off your love handles and here are some of the best:

Sledgehammer Overhead Strikes

Sets: 3

Reps: 20

Hold the lower end of the sledgehammer with your left hand, and the upper end with your right hand, lift it over your head and right shoulder, and then strike it down on a large tire, just like you’re chopping wood, then switch sides.

Planks

Sets: 4

Duration of each set: 30 seconds

lay down on your belly with your feet together and your forearms on the ground, then lift your body to rest on your forearms and toes, keeping your whole body inline. You can also try Climbing-Planks by lifting your knees to your abdomen.

Hanging Leg Raises

Sets: 4

Reps: 20

Hang from one of the fixed bars in the gym, lift your legs up forming a 90-degree angle with your body, then lower them, and make sure you keep your legs straight.

Battle Rope Waves

Sets: 4

Reps: 30

Rests Between Sets: 30 seconds

Take the position of half squatting and spread your legs apart, grab the two ends of the heavy rope and start lifting each side separately and quickly, making the rope ripple.

Russian Twists

Sets: 3

Reps: 20

Lie on your back and lift your knees up, keeping your feet on the ground, and lift your back at a 45-degree angle from the ground, carry the appropriate weight with your hands and start turning your upper body to the left and right with your hands, make sure not to move your legs or lift them off the ground.
