very carefully.

1. The transfer is due to documented attenuating circumstances beyond the athletes of the student and has a direct impact on the health, safety and well-being of the student athletes

2. Upon handing over to the certification institution, the student should have been qualified and academically qualified and in good condition at the team, he or she remained at the former institution

3. The Certification Institute must certify that the student complies with the requirements as a percentage of the exam and

4. The former institution’s sports administration does not oppose the transfer. [19659002] Patterson and several Ole Miss teammates used Rebel’s bowl ban for the 2018 season as attenuating circumstances beyond their control. Therefore, Fields can use the same guidelines to help him play immediately if he chooses to transfer. (And ESPN Mark Schlabach reported Monday that Fields could still stay in Georgia.)

During Georgia’s victory against Tennessee on September 29, Georgia’s baseball player Adam Sasser passed out by other students in the stands shouting: “Put [n-word] in. “Sasser allegedly referred to Fields, as backed up sophomore Jake Fromm. While the allegation against Sasser was investigated by the Georgian gender equality agency, Sasser was rejected from the baseball team. Sasser later released a public excuse on Twitter that really seemed like an admission.

All of this has been documented by Georgia. So if Fields makes the shutdown request, the NCAA panel reviewing that request will have access to all that information.

And it would not be a stretch at all in 2019 A young black man like Fields said his safety and well-being could be affected by continuing to stay in a school where a white competitor would refer to a black athlete with that word – even if was lobbed from the stands while the player was on the field. Although Fields wanted to transfer exclusively to play time, NCAA would be stupid to challenge such a statement and Georgia officials would be crazy to do anything but wish Fields, as he plays next season at his new school. No matter what someone considers the real reason for the transfer, trying to force Fields to sit out would just make everyone else look awful.

His next school can be anywhere as well. Remember, former Ole Miss recipient Van Jefferson used his exception to play immediately in Florida, which is also available in the SEC. So all schools who can use a 6 “3” 225-pound quarterback that can throw and run and would have three years of eligibility left would probably do their places. Given how many programs Chased Fields out of high school he would be quite Desired if he chose to leave Athens. Here is a (very) partial list of programs that may need new startbacks next year: Oklahoma, Ohio State, Florida State, Auburn. Of course, there are some good alternatives. [19659002] If Fields leaves Georgia, it would end that seemed an odd marriage from the beginning. Fields originally linked to Penn State but released in June 2017. Four months later, fields engaged in Georgia. When Florida and Florida State’s new coach did late pushes in December with legitimate places of potential freshman playtime, field stuck with bulldogs, even after fromm, then a true freshman, quarterbacked georgia to a SEC title and a college football play off booth.

What did Ield’s choice seem less confusing was that it was basically the same decision Fromm made a year earlier. Fromm signed with Bulldogs even though the former five-star recruiter Jacob Eason had completed the 2016 season as Georgia started. Fromm competed for the start job but eventually lost to Eason. But Eason was injured in Georgia’s 2017 season opener, and Fromm took over and never returned the job. The election did not seem as different from what Tua Tagovailoa was doing with Alabama after Jalen Hurts had led the Crimson Tide to the SEC title and national title game as a true freshman in 2016. We all know how it worked. (Georgia fans know too well.)

But the idea that the flash would hit twice seemed deeper. Nor did Fromm take into account that Fromm was not Eason. Fromm continued to assert his control over the job. He was one of the country’s most effective quarterbacks this season. He ranked No. 6 in the nation in lap per try (9.3) and threw 27 touchdown passes against five interceptions. Fields sometimes played when the game was in doubt – usually in a Wildcat role – but most of his actions came and fought for the second team at the end of the blowouts.

But Georgia’s coach tried to get Fields to play until the end of the season. And if any of his latest actions were intended to prevent a transfer, Georgia’s second-last offensive possession of the 35-28 SEC Championship loss to Alabama may go down as one of the most fruitless units in school history if Fields decides to leave. With Fromm as possible, his career and the score are tied at 28 and 5:19, Georgia’s coach Fields sent out with the crime. He rushed on a farm at the game. Four players later, Georgia met fourth and 11 at 50. Fields was introduced with the dunk team to drive a fake, but he won only two meters.

If it’s the last Snap Fields to play for Georgia, it would probably leave a bitter taste for all interested parties. But it can not necessarily hurt any party. Georgia would be thin behind QB1, but Fromm has proved to be an excellent start for Bulldogs. Meanwhile, Doom Fields do not necessarily leave a disappointment career. The last two Heisman Trophy winners (Baker Mayfield, Kyler Murray) were quarterbacks who left their original schools after their true beginner seasons. They turned out to be O.K.
