EXCLUSIVE Colin Kroll CEO and co-founder of HQ Trivia has died of apparent drug overdose … TMZ has learned. Forensic sources tell TMZ, Kroll's girlfriend called the police early Sunday and asked them to look at him after she could not get in touch. Cops went to downtown Manhattan to make a welfare check, came into his apartment and found Kroll's body in his bedroom with drug products nearby. A police source tells TMZ at this time the police believe that the drugs involved were cocaine and heroin. Kroll was appointed CEO of HQ Trivia 2015. It is now turning between 250 and 500 in the United States. Kroll also handled a HR complaint by an HQ employee for his "aggressive management style." Kroll was also the founder of Vine and was the General Manager between 2013 and 2014. And he was Chief Technology Officer for Jetsetter. Prior to that, Kroll served as Yahoo's Engineering Manager between 2007 and 2009. Kroll was 35. RIP [embedded content]
