How to get rid of the blackheads on nose? – A question for every other person. Of course, they are not as distinct as acne but you see them and black dots give a lot of problems, discomfort, and therefore self-doubt.
Black dots (comedones) – a kind of plug on the skin. They block the pores of sebum. Located on the surface of the skin, so exposure to oxygen can easily oxidize them, getting darker shade. Only a dermatologist can tell the exact cause of the black dots. The most common cause is hormonal imbalance, stress and disease, which leads to increased efficiency of the sebaceous glands, and as a result – the unpleasant moments are on face.
Method # 1. Clear face pores with remedies that include soda. Remember it is not advisable to use it if there are pimples on the skin and other inflammation.
Mix half a teaspoon of baking soda with the same amount of fine salt. Lightly moisten a cotton swab and rinse skin with very warm (almost hot) water and putting a small pinch of the prepared mixture on cotton, carefully handle the wet skin, but only those places where there are black dots. You should not strongly rub the skin, make everything easy and gentle. Then clean with cooler water and apply moisturizer on face. This cleanser is recommended to use 1 time a week. Soda instead of salt can be mixed with a powdered oatmeal or bran.
Method # 2. Thoroughly soak a piece of cotton in hot water, and then soak it in soap until foaming. On top of the cotton pour a small pinch of fine salt, and very gently, with light circular movements massage treated areas of the skin where there are black spots for few moments. Leave foam on face for a few more minutes, and then clean with not hot and then cool water. It is good to do this procedure after steaming the face. After the procedure it is recommended to clean the skin (only those areas that you peel) with sanitizing lotion or juice squeezed from the leaves of aloe. Also after any procedure for getting rid of undesired skin problems on the face, put good glycerin mixed with water and lemon juice. Take 2 tbsp. spoon of glycerin and mix with 4 tbsp. spoons of pure boiled or mineral water and 1 tbsp. of juice from lemon. This contributes not only to moisturize skin, but also helps with discoloration and dissolution remaining comedones.
Method # 3. With the rice you can try to get rid of problems on the face: take quarter cup of rice, mix it with cold water, pour into a saucepan and fill it with boiling water so that the water completely covers the rice. Leave it for all night. In the morning, drain the rice and mash it up to a state of pulp. This slurry can be used as a cleansing mask. Put it on the face for 15 minutes – it is a home made variety of scrub. Incidentally, the water remaining after the rice is very useful and helps with the body clearance, so it is safe to drink.
Method # 4. Herbal Mask can be helpful: mix 1 tbsp. of flax seeds a half 1 tbsp. of chamomile flowers. Crush received herbal mixture, for example, in a coffee grinder or grind in a mortar, and pour a small amount of boiling water so as to form mass. Tightly cover the pan and leave for half of hour. The resulting mass of herbs put on the places of the skin, where you see the dots, and after 20-25 minutes, rinse with warm at first, and then cool water.
