Celebrity training coach and bodybuilder, Amanda “Mandy” Blank found dead in her Los Angeles home. The coach was 42 years old.

Throughout her life, the coach and bodybuilding icon worked with many stars, including Alex Rodriguez, Mickey Rourke, Marcus Allen, Michelle Monaghan and Jordana Brewster, according to her website.

Blank did not respond to her home in Los Angeles on Monday New York Daily News reports. Her housekeeper called 911 after she discovered Blank in the bathtub, TMZ said.

While it is currently unclear how the celebrity teacher died, Daily News said an autopsy and toxicological report planned by Los Angeles County Coroner to determine her cause of death.

The news outlet also spoke to a source near Blank who claimed it was incorrectly playing no likely role in her death.

Los Angeles County Coroner and a Blank Representative did not respond immediately to PEOPLE’s request for comments

Blank began his career in fitness at the age of 18. After just one year on the field, she placed 5th in the World Fitness Olympia – a bodybuilding competition – and soon became professional.

The coach continued to be the youngest competitor to win the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) World Cup and later claimed the 1998 Fitness Nationals Champion Title and the 1999 World Champion Title, according to her website.

She was also first placed in the 1998 Debbie Kruck Classic, a fitness, figure and bodybuilding competition.

Since her bodybuilding success led her to fame, Blank was on several magazine covers, including Oxygen Magazine Glutes Magazine and Muscle & Fitness Magazine

Recently, Blank worked as a training assistant and trainer who shares his knowledge and passion for the human body and nutrition.

“Without my health and fitness, I have nothing” wrote she on her Facebook page

In addition to her famous clientele, Blank worked with people over Los Angeles and beyond, coached them with their online education and nutritional programs, branded as the Blank Body program.

From an early age, Blank had a competitive edge. At age 17, she named the Majorette Queen of America, which is the highest honor that a baton twirler can get.

She also competed in several gymnastics contests before she began bodybuilding.
