Currently, you can move, archive or delete an email message or mark it as read or unread by right-clicking on it. When the expanded menu scrolls, you can also quickly respond or forward an email with one click. You can also search for similar emails, including looking at other messages from that sender or email address with the same topic. The expanded menu also allows you to open multiple emails in new windows at the same time if you need to look more closely at the messages and quickly add a label to organize your inbox.
The new Menu options begin to roll out to G Suite users as of today. A complete rollout of the function is planned to start on February 22 and takes up to three days to arrive at the users. Google has been working to simplify its platform and make it commonplace in the recent G Suite, including by adding a shortcut to quickly creating new documents and sheets and killing the widget for rarely visited messages.
