The Florida man who was recorded on New Year's Eve and beaten a McDonald's worker after taking her over a straw was sentenced to prison last week. Daniel Willis Taylor, 40, accused two batteries and was sentenced to 60 days in prison by a Pinellas County judge reported by the Tampa Bay Times. He has already earned 58 of the 60 days. New Years Eve viral video showed that Taylor was yelling at an employee working in the registry after he couldn't find a straw. He then crossed the counter and grabbed her out of anger.
