Former employee, Aisha Putnam, was head of research and development for four years at the iconic Chicago chain. She was one of three people who had access to their private files. The company says that the recipes were monitored so close that a thumb print verification is required to access them.
Putnam signed a competition as well as a confidentiality agreement. After Putnam left the company, she wrote a document saying she removed all information in her possession, but refused forensic examination of her electronic devices.

The information she sent with product processes distributes contracts, supplier information and pricing. The mood claims that she brought a USB with 5,400 files containing the great information.
On Tuesday, the Garrett site in the Streeterville area was busy and customers were convinced of their loyalty to the gourmet popcorn.
“We must have their back, how they have had ours, with really good popcorn,” said Hammad Isa.
