The range of smartphones from Xiaomi aimed at the European market is about to grow … more so . Through a certification report extracted from the Eurasian Economic Commission, they have unveiled all the new terminals that the firm would be preparing to publicize over the coming months, and that would form the brand’s catalog in 2018 and part of 2019.
In the report, they are collected a total of 15 different devices, ranging from the Lite variant of the new Mi 7, to the Mi MIX 3s , passing through new families of terminals that until now we did not know.
Thanks to this filtered roadmap, we know that Xiaomi will continue to advance in its expansion through the European market over the next few years, based on new devices and more and more countries in which it will market its terminals. Entering fully in the catalog of filtered smartphones, we first came across the models of high-performance series, including the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3s, and a ‘Lite’ edition of the Mi 7. Three other models of the Mi series are also specified, the My S1, My S2 and My S3 , which for the moment have been kept safe from leaks and rumors, perhaps because they are still far from seeing the light.
We enter the middle sector, and we find even more devices starting with the Redmi S1, Redmi S2 and Redmi S3 , three terminals belonging to a range that started only a couple of days ago with the. Next to them, we find the Redmi Note 6, Redmi Note 6A, Redmi Note 6 Prime and Redmi 6A Plus .
But that is not all. The last two phones that appear in the report are the Redmi A1 and Redmi A2, two devices that, most likely, will be part of the Android One initiative thanks to a collaboration with Google, and therefore will dispense MIUI to result in a pure edition of the operating system. Interestingly, in this generation Xiaomi would have decided to adopt the name “A” in the series “Redmi”, and not in the category of devices “My” as we saw with the successful Mi A1. This, however, does not mean that we will not see a second generation of the brand’s first Android One smartphone.
The Xiaomi road map filtered through the ECC appears to be valid until the end of the year 2023, although we probably do not have to wait so long to get to know the new devices considering the pace of Xiaomi presentations . Some of them, like. We will keep you abreast of all the news in the catalog of smartphones of the giant based in Beijing.
