On November 5, a trial was launched against Riot Games.
A former and current employee of Riot Games filed a class action against Riot Games, claiming that they promote a hostile working environment like demean women.
Starting with a Kotaku report three months ago, a number of previous and current employees in Riot Games went to the Legends community, and shared how it is to work at Riot Games as a woman. Many of the employees who spoke at that time claimed that the Riot Games Workplace was penetrated by a culture such as women’s women and promotes omogd sexistic humor.
A couple of days after allegations, Riot Games issued a statement promising change. Riot Games shared their plans to fix the company’s culture from the sky down; begins by reviving the company’s leaders.
Former Riot Games employee Jessica Negron and current employee Melanie McCracken ask for compensation for damages for the company’s previous failure to prevent discrimination and harassment at their workplace.
