A couple who killed just 800m from a Yosemite National Park are overlooked last week, adventurers were taking care of themselves, according to the Associated Press.
Meenakshi Moorthy, 30, and man Vishnu Viswanath, 29, had set up a tripod near Taft Point, Viswanath’s brother, Jishnu Viswanath, to AP. Visitors found the camera the next morning and warned officials, said Viswanath.

A travel blog with thousands of followers now contained photos of the couple sitting on the edge of the rocks and jumping out, according to AP.
The couple’s maternal maternity engineering college, Chengannur, regretted its loss in a Saturday Facebook post and read: “Our hearts go to friends and family members to this wonderful couple. May their souls rest in peace. “

Taft Point is a popular pixel, recently posting a viral photo of a proposal. The photographer revealed the identity of the couple on the photo taken in Taft Point on a Saturday Facebook post.
