A California teacher was arrested on the child’s threat after she apparently was caught on the student’s hair by shouting the wrong language while screaming wrong texts to “The Star-Spangled Banner.”

Margaret Gieszinger, 52, was arrested after the police responded to reports from a teacher who adverses the students with a “scissors” at the Visalia Times Delta Delta Visalia Times Delta.
