According to TMZ, the backpack child, behind his mother and his boss, sends a suit over this floss dance that has become a major part of Fortnite cultural identity. Russel Horning, claims that his dance has been used without permission. He made up the dance and published it on Instagram a while back where he discovered after the dance made him a viral sensation.
Horning, however, has a past with Epic Games. He performed at the studio on the game’s E3 Pro-Am and did exactly the dance on stage. At that time, Horning had no problem with the dance being in the game when he asked if TMZ would get something he replied: “It’s not that big of a deal, I’m just glad it’s in the game.”
It seems that he has changed his opinion about the situation now that everyone jumps on the trial of Epic Games. We will update you when the trial continues.
