Frazee was arrested in Florissanthem on December 21st. On the same day, the police said they thought Berreth was dead. Her body has not been found in an ongoing investigation.

Frazee is scheduled to be arraigned on April 8 and is expected to enter into a dispute settlement, The Denver Channel reported. A judge decided last month that prosecutors had provided sufficient evidence to warrant a felony trial for Frazee.
