Al Roker has hit back at fitness guru.
In a recent video for Women’s Health, the form Biggest Loser trainer slammed the high-fat, low-carbohydrate diet beloved by Roker, 64, saying: ‘I don’t understand. Like, why would anyone think this is a good idea? ‘

The ratio of fat to carbs and protein is 4: 1 in the keto diet, and the goal is to lose weight by achieving ketosis, a natural state in which the body is burning fat for energy rather than carbohydrates.
While there are many proponents of the diet, there are other health experts who are against it as a weight loss plan, and Jillian is one of them.
