Showtime has put a Penny Dreadful follow-up series. The Wire Network Has Green Light Penny Dreadful: City of Angels, from Penny Dreadful Creator, author and executive producer John Logan, who returns in the same roles. He is united by Michael Aguilar ( Kidding ) who will produce executive with him. Production is expected to start in 2019.
A spiritual successor to the history of Victorian times in London, the next chapter will hire a new vision, new characters and storylines. It opens in 1938 Los Angeles, a time and place deeply infested with Mexican-American folklore and social excitement. Vote in the conflict between characters connected to Santa Muerte and others associated with the devil, Penny Dreadful: Angels city will explore an exciting mix of supernatural and combustible reality in that period, create new occult coins and moral dilemmas within a true historical background.
