The two-hour season 27 final of Dancing With the Stars is here!
Fans will soon learn who will be crowned Mirrorball champions: Evanna Lynch and Keo Motsepe, Bobby Bones and Sharna Burgess, Alexis Ren and Alan Bersten or Milo Manheim and Witney Carson.
ET blogs live ballroom monday night, as the Thanksgiving Spectacular show begins with an epic opening parade, followed by performances by Avril Lavigne, Dan + Shay, Lauren Daigle, John Schneider, Robin Thicke and Tinashe.
But before host Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews announce 27 season winners, the remaining four couples will each perform two dances. The first will be a redemption routine where the duons will perform a piece they danced to earlier this season, along with a new, freestyle performance. So be sure to come with us here, on Twitter and Facebook when we read about the many epic numbers of the night.
After compelling the four couples standing in a line staring at the Mirrorball trophy while Lauren Daigle sang live, Tom finally announced the winner!
This year’s big winner is … Bobby and Sharna!
After a whole season to get the lowest score, they managed to win the win with the support of Bobbys legion of devoted fans.
“Thanks to the people and thanks to Sharna, who made all this possible, Bobby said through tears when he held Evanna and Keo Wrap Up Season on a high note
With Evanna on his side, Keo finally made it to the final, and this is the first time he has ever choreographed or performed a freestyle on the show.
So for the special occasion he chose the song “It’s Oh So Q Ui” by Björk, and he took off a dance that was unlike anything we ever seen.
Infused with a technicolor rainbow of color and a wonderful retro-vibe, it’s hard to explain exactly what his freestyle dance was. But it ended with Evanna dancing directly to a camera DWTS while it was raised in the air on a motorized platform
“This was the cherry on the cake,” Len said, promising the dance from start to finish
“It was bright, it was colorful, it was strange,” Bruno said, before praising how the dance perfectly reflected Evannas own funny wild personality.
Surprisingly, the duo earned 30 more of 30 Milo and Witney for a combined score of 60 out of 60.
Now we just have to wait and see if getting two perfect points will really help them in their quest for Mirrorball -trofén.
It is clear from their band-packed packages that Milo and Witney really have thrown a super cute friendship during the show and they both seemed quite sad to this would be their last dance together.
So, as they took the floor for their freestyle performance to “Is not No Sunshine (Lido Remix)” by Bill Withers, it became clear that the song was the perfect choice for the dance – it was a duo-separating way.
Then, for their performance, Milo and Witney simply beat the roof of the trail with one of the most incredible screens of the season. The routine had umbrella supplies, a dance that ended in a water pool and some of the most crazy steps in DWTS memory.
“I think I’ve been blown now. I do not think we’ve ever seen a stamp with so much content,” said Carrie Ann, almost unable to put her head around what she had just seen.
“Your musicality is from the tables,” Bruno chimed in. “You’re not just an outstanding talent, you’re a star.”
It was undoubtedly that the couple got another perfect 30 out of 30, for a combined score at 60 out of 60. They really got the best of their latest dance together! 19659028] Bobby and Sharna Perform ‘Epic & # 39; Freestyle
Bobby has been an absolute spell showman during his time at Dancing With the Stars, so it was a perfect fit when Sharna chose “The Great Show” by Panic ! on the disco, from bombastic film The Great Showman, to accompany his freestyle routine.
Radius values introduced the dance with a short speech and also turned to some of his friends during his time at DWTS to help under the number – including DeMarcus Ware, who literally lifted Bobby over his head as a circus showman.
Then Bobby stayed in one of the most memorable moments of the season dance to ask Sharna if they could “do the thing”.
The “thing” had Tom and Erin come out to stage the viral dance The Floss, along with dozens of backup dancers, which was a great ring back to Bobby’s wild Week 1 performance.
There was really something to see, and if he wins or not, Bobby deserves a lot of love.
And he really got it from the judges! The pair earned 30 out of 30 for the insanely funny number, making it his highest score for the season of a country mile.
The singer recently came for a long time to release new music and joined Alexis and Alan for her freestyle routine, where she performed her new song “Head Over Water.”
The number was filled with passion, grace and beauty
The judges absolutely loved what they managed to accomplish, praised the dance for its history, its choreography and its raw feelings.
They joined host Erin Andrews on the balcony, where the couple reflected the fact that it was their last dance together.
“Thank you very much. This has been the best experience of my life,” said Alexis, hugging Alan, making the whole crowd weak.
For their efforts, the pair was awarded a perfect 30 out of 30, for a combined score of 57 out of 60. Would it be enough to earn them the Mirroball trophy?
6: 11 PM:
Juan Pablo and Cheryl should compete in the finals. They should only. That’s an objective fact. So when they took the dance floor for a performance that was just as good (if not better) than we have so far rubbed it up.
Afterwards, Tinashe took the stage in a stunning red ensemble to sing a super sultry cover of Peggy Lee’s classic “Feber”, and she took more magnetic energy to this look than many of her numbers on the show. It’s still pity that she was eliminated in week 4!
Each year some of the stars competing on the show joined Dancing With the Stars Live Tour . This season they lost five guys, and it’s a bit hard to believe.
Bobby, Milo and Joe will join John Schneider and Juan Pablo for a tour that will surely be interesting.
Although some of the stars do not wow every week on the dance floor, they have really had enthusiasm in spades, and hopefully they will be translated into their live scenshow in the coming months.
“When I was seven years old, I and my mother would sit down and watch this show” , Milo reflected in the packed package before his performance and hammered home the fact that if he wins, he will be the youngest contestant ever taking home the Mirrorball trophy.
For her repeated dance, the duo decided to try to recreate the magic of their New York City theme Charleston, and this time they got a little help from Robin Thicke!
The singer performed on the piano as the couple dominated the dance floor and the electrical energy in a live performance gave them even more bounce in their step.
Thicke’s supplement was even more special given that the singer lost his home recently in the Woolsey wilderness, and Tom made sure to share his appreciation.
When Milo and Witney met the judges, they loved the dance even more than the first time, and with a perfect score of 30 out of 30, Milo could only have a chance to do DWTS
history at the end of the night.
Emma Watson sends Evanna a special message
As if getting a perfect score was not exciting enough, after her dance, Evanna Harry Potter was co-star Emma Watson praised her for his incredible DWTS trip and wished her luck in the final
“She is a woman who inspires me so much, told a beaming Evanna to host Tom Bergeron after looking at the message,” so that means much. “
No dancer in the finals has grown as much as Evanna, and it was clear how much she managed to get out of her shell so that say, with the repeated dance she chose to perform.
The couple hit the dance floor to recreate her tango from week 6 – set to “Disturbia” by Rihanna – and there was more fiery energy and indisputable chemistry between them than ever before.
It was a bold choice Choosing this tango, since they previously earned 29 out of 30, which does not provide much room for improvement. But their search for perfection pays off! The couple got a flawless 30 of 30 this time.
“DWTS” Doubles Down on Insane “Bachelor Dance”
Although it was kicked last week, the grocery store Joe could not just leave without any kind of crazy crazy final. 19659002] So, in one of the strangest (and most unconventional moments) of the recently broadcast television story, Joe and his citizens Bachelor National stars – including Eric Bigger, Dean Unglert, Wells Adams and Nick Viall – recreated their “Too Sexy” song from earlier this season, and it was just like bonkers this time.
All the guys pulled their tops off, Jenna Johnson rocked super little shorts and hit her fiance, Val Chmerkovskiy, and the only thing missing was the shower.
Fortunately, Bruno, Len and Carrie Ann did not have to judge this dance so they could just sit back, relax and keep their thoughts on themselves.
Country Music Duo Dan + Shay performed his hit song “Speechless”, serving as a background for a jaw dropping routine performed by Sharna and Artem, and it will definitely be
Page Note: It is quite obvious why “Speechless” is so many people’s go to wedding dance.
Alice Merton’s “No Roots” is one of the best songs of the year, and The DWTS drivers are some of the best dancers you can imagine. So having them dance to the amazing track gives a pretty good combination.
Sharna summarized the question of everyone’s minds during the packed package. When she asked, “How did we get here?”
It is admirable how much effort Bobby has made on this trip, and it is quite clear how his contagious energy and excitement has brought him farther than his point would necessarily suggest.
But for their repeated dance, they decided to redo their cha cha-set to “You Can not Touch This” by MC Hammer – which made them a disappointingly low result during the trio, and it was a bold choice with thought how little the judges liked the routine for the first time.
After the dance, Bobby took off his shoes and hilariously had all three judges to sign it and insisted on sharing some typical words about the trio.
“They’ve been so nice to me while I got bad points and I love them,” says Bobby.
Bobby is not as skilled as some of his competitors in the final, but his charm gives him a lot of appreciation. The talented couple earned a 24 out of 30 for the dance, which is a full four points higher than the first time they did.
5:10 PM: For the duo’s repeated dance, Alan decided they would recreate their performance from week 2, which featured one of their most beautiful numbers, but also a smaller wardrobe error Lake of the Swans . hit the dance floor (after a packed package that included a fitting of their decorations) to perform an even more incredible tango than before, and they really took something special.
Whether it’s chemistry between them or Alexis Evolution as a dancer or Alan’s growing power as a pro, there was a spark between the two who took the dance to a whole new level.
The judges really seemed to appreciate the number, like Alexi’s ever-increasing self-esteem, but had some minor criticisms about some of the technical aspects of the dance, which means that a perfect score was likely from the question.
But the two earned a 27 out of 30, who toppled their first attempt on Swan Lake tango with two full points.
The finals went off on a festive foot with a pre-missed Thanksgiving Spectacular parade, where four couples competing tonight reunited with this season’s eliminated role-members for an opening number that featured a fun Mirrorball trophy fleet , a march band, lots of troop dancers and so much vacationing!
After last week’s exciting semifinals, three pairs were in danger: Alexis and Alan, Juan Pablo and Cheryl, Joe and Jenna.
In one of the most genuinely shocking eliminations in the DWTS story, Alexis and Alan, D eclared was safe, meaning that Juan Pablo and Cheryl got the ax! And on the same night they got two backpacks perfect results! The three judges were so surprised at their departure that they were almost in tears, and Len even gave a fiery speech about the outcome of injustice.
Joe was also sent home, but also Bachelor of Paradise ] the star was quite sincere about how shocking it was that he made it to the semi-finals.
So tonight we see the last four stars – Evanna, Milo, Bobby and Alexis – claim it for the coveted season 27 Mirrorball Trophy!
While most DWTS finals have been two night extravaganzas – where the stars dance at night one and the voices are spoken and revealed at night two – this season the whole event is just one night! Which presents a little weird when it comes to voting.
According to the press release, the combined judges ‘score for both night dances will be combined with the viewers’ voice from last week. However, there is a third element that contains live voices played during the show. How to explain the performance things:
“Seers may participate in live live voting online at http://DWTSLiveVote.com. The poll will open at the beginning of the live broadcast and will close about five minutes after the live vote will only be available during live and eastern and central time zones. However, all persons with access to http://DWTSLiveVote.com may vote while the poll is open irrespective of their time zone (provided they vote from the US and Puerto Rico). “ So it means that people on the west coast have to vote for their favorite couples without even getting the chance to see their finals.
